What Happens Next?

Before we meet, I ask all new patients to complete a full diagnosis form. This allows me to prepare properly for your session and make good use of our time together.

If you have any difficulty with the form, don’t worry - we can address this when you arrive.

When you arrive

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a cup of freshly brewed jasmine tea and time to settle before treatment begins.

Sessions are calm, focused, and shaped around what you bring on the day. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is forced.

You don’t need to prepare anything beyond the form. We will work through the rest together during your appointment.

Changing or cancelling Your Appointment

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
