To manage appointment bookings and communications
To maintain professional health records (as required by law and insurance)
To offer follow-up and support as appropriate
How Long I Keep Your Data
Your records are kept for a minimum of 7 years after your last treatment, or for 7 years after the age of 18 if you were a child at the time of treatment.
This is a legal and insurance requirement.

You provide explicit consent (e.g. for a healthcare referral), or

Appointment reminders are part of the booking system and cannot be opted out of individually. All booked clients will automatically receive reminder emails or texts.
