Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, you’re welcome here. Classes are intentionally paced and thoughtfully structured — offering both a grounded entry point for newcomers and depth for those with an ongoing practice.

There are three class options to choose from:

  • Tai Chi Form (Group Class): A weekly 90-minute session focusing on movement, breath, and posture. Learn to move with fluidity, rootedness, and awareness.

  • Push Hands (Intermediate/Advanced): For those with a foundation in Tai Chi, this class explores sensitivity, connection, and energy through partner work.

  • Private Lessons: Ideal if you prefer one-to-one support or want to focus on a specific aspect of the form.

All sessions take place in central Lewes, in a calm and welcoming studio space. Drop-ins are available for most classes, or you can book a discounted monthly pass for regular attendance. If you’re completely new, the Kickstarter class is offered at a reduced rate to help you get started without pressure.
